DESCRIPTION
RMZ self-priming fluoropolymer-lined magnetic drive pump integrates
fluoropolymer-lined magnetic drive pump and self-priming pump, and
the superior is self-priming without leakage.
RMZ series self-priming fluoropolymer-lined magnetic drive pump
adopts motor close-coupled structure, supported by intermediate
bracket, compact structure, easy to dismantle and maintain,
adopting high-performance magnets "NdFeB" to manufacture internal
and external magnets, can made of imported PP/carbon fiber,
avoiding the loss caused by eddy current, can be used to transport
high concentration, like density greater than 1.84g/cm3 with strong corrosive liquids; the pump casings are made of FEP
lined ductile cast iron , can withstand high pressure, and resist
the corrosion of all strong acids and alkalis; The product combines
the advantages of magnetic drive pump and self-priming pump, and is
an extended product developed basing on RMD fluoropolymer-lined
magnetic drive pump, the superior is leak-free, quieter running,
and is a better replacement of submersible pumps.
APPLICATIONS
RMZ series of self-priming pump can be widely used in chemical,
metallurgy, pesticides, acid, alkali, pulping, acid washing, rare
earth separation, electroplating, semi-conductor, and other
industries, It’s energy-saving and practical.
Applicable temperature of the pump: -20°C ~ 100°C

FEATURES
Self-priming magnetic drive pump integrates the excellent
characteristics of magnetic drive pump, generally self-priming
height up to 2-4 meters, fully combining the characteristics of
self-priming pump and magnetic drive pump, not only has
self-priming function, but also cancels the mechanical seal, the
using of magnetic coupling makes it leak-free.
RMZ series magnetic drive pumps adopt a special back pull-out
structure, which is easy to maintain, convenient to change wore
parts.
The wetted part of the pump casing is made of fluoropolymer, the
outer layer is made of metal, so the pump casing is enough to
withstand the pressure and mechanical impact.
RMZ series fluoropolymer-lined self-priming magnetic drive pump is
motor close-coupled, supported by the middle bracket, easy to
install and dismantle, compact structure, energy-saving.
